Peggy Cruz-Townsend, Esq.

I graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 1997. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and immediately began working as an assistant state attorney for the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office where I prosecuted hundreds of criminal defendants. Towards the end of 1998, I then entered civil practice when I joined the Legal Aid Office in Dade County, Florida where I assisted clients in family law matters ranging from divorce to distribution of properties and debts. Thereafter, in 1999, I went into private practice, and based upon my experience and qualifications was also appointed as a Traffic Magistrate in Palm Beach County in 2002 where I presided over hundreds of traffic-related cases.

In my private practice, I have handled hundreds of family and divorce cases. Since 2002, our firm has provided immigration services to clients who have immigrated from other countries or intend to do so and need our assistance in establishing legal residency and /or citizenship here in the U.S. Please contact our office for a consultation regarding your legal matter.
